This was and excellent cookie. I used Guittard White Chocolate chips-in my opinion it is the best available in the grocery store.
Thank you for such a delicious recipe! I can’t wait to make the recipe with macadamia nuts.

I love these cookies!! They turn out perfect every-time! I was wondering, if I add dried cranberries to this recipe, would I have to alter the amount of white chocolate chips to accommodate that.

In reply to nicole. Hi Nicole! You can put in some semi sweet chocolate chips. I would probably reduce the white chocolate chips a little bit. It will alter the taste.

Hi, I’m still in school, and we had to do a solar system project. I wanted mine to be different from everyone else’s project. I decided to make the whole thing out of cookies, I needed to find the right cookies for it, and these were perfect, I got excellent marks. Thank you so much for posting this!

In reply to Sam. Love these! I’ve made them exactly as is and with 1/4 cup less of flour—if you like a more buttery, less doughy cookie, I’d recommend cutting some flour!
