A stick of butter is 113g and a stick of butter has 8 tablespoons so some quick math actually gives you 141.25 grams so I rounded that down to 141. I hope that helps. I’m glad you were still able to enjoy them. 🙂

Also, why is the butter 141 grams? I upsets me and triggers my OCD. 3.5 out of five, still pretty good blondies.

Made these using caramelized white chocolate and they were DIVINE! Perfect fudgy texture after setting overnight, the salt amount in this recipe perfectly balances out the sweetness.
Thank you for sharing this recipe!

My sister got me an 11 pound bar of white chocolate in January, so I was looking for recipes to try. I have made this recipe every weekend since! It is easy to put together, the longest part for me is cutting that big bar of white chocolate! The brownies are delicious and I can’t stop making them! Thank you for a delicious recipe!

made these for my LDR boyfriend for valentines, I used a 8in circle cake pan and they turned out in the thickest gooeyest cakey brownies I’ve ever seen, I didn’t try them since I’m not a white chocolate person but he said he ate them in less than 3 days

Hi Mackenzie! I would probably try about a cup of walnuts. It shouldn’t change the size of the pan. 🙂

One of the best brownie/blondie recipes I’ve ever tried. I have a great brownie recipe that I’ve used for years but I’ve never been able to nail blondies. These are a huge hit and disappear quickly.

I will note that I’ve never added the additional white chocolate chips as I think it’d be too much for our palettes but I add sprinkles to give them a funfetti look – they really are great without the additional chocolate 🙂

Thank you!

Sam, can these be made in mini-muffin tins?

Hi Jennifer! You typically need to adjust the temperature if using convection vs conventional. The typical adjustment is to reduce the temperature by 25 degrees F.

My Sister is allergic to every chocolate except for white chocolate so it is hard for me to find something to bake for just her. I left out the baking powder because I didn’t have none and instead of the chocolate bar I just used a cup of white chocolate chips and it still turned out great this is probably the first recipe I can actually make again for her i’ve tried other recipes from the internet and they never came out right so thank you so much.

Hi Jac! You can put it in an 8 inch circle pan, but you may need to omit some batter and your bake time may vary. Enjoy! 🙂

In reply to Sam Merritt.

I followed your recipe to the T, weighing everything as I’m not usually a brownie cook. They turned out great, I’m so pleased. Crackle on top chewy but definitely cooked al the way through. I used the bakers white chocolate. Thank you
