These are soooo good! The cookie holds up perfectly to the frosting but is still so soft and the mascarpone frosting is just right! It IS a wonderful treat! Just like a spoonful of tiramisu but in a cookie . Love it! Thank you for another great recipe!

I only recently found you and your delicious recipes and I have tried a few (all great I must add) but these cookies, I had to tell you about. My husband said he loved these cookies, the best I have ever made. I guess I will be making these again real soon. They are not to sweet or rich. Just YUMMY! Thank you for all the great recipes.

These look and sound so good! I guess I’ll have to go back to the grocery store and get some mascarpone cheese so I can make these this weekend. We limit our sweet treats to the weekend. My husband and I love tiramisu and I love the simplicity of this recipe. I truly appreciate your creativity and development of your cookie creations. You could have taken the easy route and used a simple sugar cookie like many other recipes on the internet have but I appreciate you trying to give these a ladyfinger-eskness. Can’t wait to try them!!!
