I discovered you in 2020 during the pandemic, when I was newly retired and relocated from my native Baltimore to Delaware. I’ve long been a cookie baker, but using your recipes, I started to bake my cakes from scratch and we and our neighbors thank you!! I also make a lot of your soups and other recipes – not a one has ever been less than delicious. So a big thank you for that.

I wanted to congratulate you for publishing your very first cookbook, which I bought because it sounds great and as a thank you for all the good recipes! It’s a good sign that the signed copies have sold out, so it sounds like sales are good. Congratulations for that too!!

I’m so happy for you Sam you deserve it. I’m excited for your new book. But I think I will have to wait. I’m from Canada Toronto. When you start shipping out here I will be the first to buy it. I started looking for chocolate chip cookies few years back before Covid. I wanted to make the perfect chocolate chip cookies for my grandchildren and I saw your recipe and your videos. Wow there are no words to describe how amazing you are and your perfect recipes. I don’t try any one else recipe just your. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes. Omg this is so exciting! Sam I’ve been an avid follower of yours for 2 years now. It all started with me stumbling upon your amazing chilli recipe! Since then you’ve inspired me to become quite the home chef and baker!
