Hi Sam, Another GREAT recipe! I used baked white sweet potato w no ingredient changes, w the honey butter on top, and they were so fluffy and delicious! Thank you for always giving us GREAT recipes!

These were great (even with using all purpose flour instead of bread flour). I didn’t really taste any sweet potato flavor (which isn’t a problem), though my friend said she could.

P.s. I also love the way you have the recipe written out. It was great to not have to continually scroll up to see how much of a particular ingredient I needed.

Wow, these were perfection! Made these for Thanksgiving but my family has already requested that I make them for Christmas too! I will need to double the recipe because they were devoured. I made the rosemary topping and it was the perfect addition.

In reply to Kelly. Hi Kelly! I usually do it by hand until step 5. You can really do it with a dough hook or a paddle attachment. You really need the dough hook when you get to step 5 to knead the dough really well. :)

I have fallen in love with your Atrisan bread recipe and want to try others. This one has peaked my interest. Question before I dive into making these: for steps 1-4 if using a stand mixer, do you use the regular mixing paddle and then in step 5 switch to the dough hook? Or are all steps done with the dough hook?

I’ve been struggling getting my rolls to rise lately, but these came out perfect. They’re rich and amazing and Thanksgiving worthy!!!
