In reply to Shoshie. I'm so glad you enjoyed it so much, Shoshie! The big chunks of strawberry add a nice texture here. The slices may not do quite the same thing, but I think they could work in a pinch. I would quarter the whole berries so they aren't too big. :)

I rarely ever leave reviews but this one totally deserves it!!

Your instructions/directions are so easy to follow and I even cut back on the sugar (1/2 cup or so I used) and it still tased and looked amazing!

In reply to Alyssa. Hi Alyssa! I have not personally frozen it. I think it could work, but I just don't know for sure. The only thing I would be worried about is the topping freezing and thawing, but I can't say for sure how it would go. If you do try it I would love to know how it turns out. :)

In reply to Mariana. Hi Mariana! That sounds like a great idea, but I'm not sure how it would work or how to implement it. Since the fillings are kind of liquidy they will likely just run together. You could keep the toppings separate on the sides and let people decide which one, but that obviously defeats the presentation part. Good luck and let me know how it goes. :)

First, love this recipe! I’ve made it a handful of times and it’s always a hit. I’m actually thinking doing half a strawberry topping and half blueberry topping. Do you have any recommendations on how to place this so it’s relatively neat? If I wanted to get fancy I’d like to try a simplified pinwheel but unsure the best way to keep it crisp and avoid it from mixing

This is the best dessert i have ever tasted! I did prefer it without the strawberry topping because i could taste the lemon a bit better but either way it is delicious!!

Amazing! The cheesecake was wonderful. It was vibrant and delicious. I enjoyed making this recipe with my cousin as it was both our first time baking cheesecake. I, 100 percent would recommend using this recipe.

Saying my family loves this recipe is such a vast understatement. This is an easy recipe to work with (and my 1 year old loved it as a birthday cake!). So you think I could mix pumpkin in to make it a pumpkin cheesecake (less the topping)?
