In reply to K Web. I haven't personally ever used a potato flake starter so unfortunately I can't say for sure if anything would need to be done. If you do try it I would love to know how it goes. :)

I’m interested in the sourdough recipes and I don’t mind mixing yeast also (not a purist). I’m most interested in well tested, good tasting, successful rewards for my time in the kitchen! I absolutely LOVE how you include the measurements in with the directions. So helpful! Thanks for several years of success in the kitchen! I’m not a newbie in the kitchen, but I do appreciate how your recipes have helped me move away from processed foods in my cooking. We’re eating cleaner now and feeling better!
