I love this tiny brownie recipe! Some times I just dont want to use all my staples for the ingredients and this was perfect! I only had an 8”x4” glass pan and it worked out well… just cooked a few minutes longer. Also chopped up a dark chocolate bar bc no chocolate chips when I wanted to make them. Nicely done again Sam!

Quick and easy recipe. I followed the recipe as written but used salted butter as that was all I had on hand. As suggested, I added espresso powder. They were delicious, and I will definitely make these again!

I don’t keep chocolate chips around because I will eat an entire bag by myself. So, I grabbed a “Godiva signature” dark chocolate bar which is exactly 43g and chopped it to chip size. Perfecto! thank you!

I usually make your fudgy brownie recipe, but my daughter was craving brownies tonight and l I didn’t want to make the whole batch, knowing where they’d end up over the weekend. These were really really really good. Very chewy and fudgy with a really good flavor. Another great recipe, Sam!

Sam – you are my go to for recipes. This is wonederful for my husband & I. We would love to eat a full pan of brownies, but shouldn’t. And we love them hot out of the oven, but the leftovers are perfect the next day.
I haven’t even made them with chocolate chips yet. LOL!

In reply to Elaine. Hi Elaine! This recipe was designed to be fudgy, but you could probably add more flour and some baking powder, but I don't know exactly how much of each because I haven't tried it.
