This risotto was delicious – the fresh parmesan and fresh parsley made all the difference. I paired it with salmon, peas, mushrooms and garlic. Thank you for a new recipe in the rotation!

In reply to Shiloh. I'd probably try it if I really was in the mood for risotto and it was all I had! You run the risk of the cheese not melting smoothly, but it will still probably be good!

Hey there — I have never made risotto before, but this was the perfect recipe to start off with! TURNED.OUT.PERFECTLY! Soooo easy (and satisfied my desire/need to stir things!). Agreed….this could be turned into a meal….maybe chopped chicken, frozen peas, mushrooms….. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing recipe! It’s absolutely amazing!

Awesome recipe! I was worried about the rice being crunchy since it was my first time making risotto. It turned out perfectly and everyone loved it.

I have never made risotto. I’m not sure if I have ever eaten risotto. I’m not sure if I even cooked it correctly, but it was sooo good and cheesy!! My kids thought it would have a feel as of congee but they also loved it. My husband said it was really good risotto. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will for sure be making this again!!
