I made this ice cream for my boyfriend and let me tell you, it was an absolute hit! I wanted to find a replacement for the Snoqualmie marshmallow treat ice cream that he can no longer find in stores and this is it. The smile on his face was so rewarding and he was raving about how this recipe is even better than the store bought stuff!

Also, I wanted to tell you how thrilled I was to know I didn’t have to make a whole tray of treats. Your method worked perfectly and what a time-saver it was! Thanks a bunch for sharing this awesome recipe!

This is making the kid in me VERY happy! I’ve known people who put a scoop of ice cream on top of a Rice Krispie treat anyway, so this is even better!
