I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! The recipe is perfect as is. The filling was flavorful and light. The crust was delicious!

I made this for Thanksgiving and there was nothing left !!!! It was a big hit!! Only thing I did different was add a dash of cardamom and nutmeg to the pumpkin mixture & added a few more dashes of the pumpkin pie spice because my grandma loves pumpkin. This was a highlight for me. Thank you so much.

Would I be able to pipe in the fillings to make a swirl design or should I just keep with the dalloping? If I do pipe in the fillings, any tips or advice on how to do it? I was thinking a thin-ish layer of cheesecake on bottom, then pipe the remaining cheesecake and pumpkin ontop of that into a swirl design…??

In reply to Zoe. That will work. The vanilla flavor is generally a little more potent in paste so you will want to keep that in mind when adding it in. :)

In reply to Brandy M Milton. It will likely make too much filling for one of those crusts, which could change the bake time, but it will work. Make sure to not overfill the crust and keep an eye on it as it bakes. :)
