These are amazing! I am mystified by the low comment count, these are a new favorite at our house. Brought them to a birthday party where there was also homemade ice cream cake and Oreos and these disappeared. Something that’s funny is that no one recognized that there were potato chips in them and were a little surprised when I told them (I used kettle chips). They kind of reminded me of the salted caramel cookies you can get at Arby’s – minus the caramel. They’re super easy and delicious, definitely recommend!!

So good! I love that there’s no chilling involved. I’m not one for putting sea salt after baking but it definitely needs it to help bring out the saltiness of the chip. Will be saving this as a favorite!
