Alright, I was a little skeptical at first….but now I have made 3 batches THIS WEEK and I can’t stay out of it! I sent some to work with my husband and everyone raved about this salsa. It’s soooo good, especially after sitting in the fridge for a day. YUM!! It’s delicious as a dressing/topping for a spinach salad with chicken too!
