I made this in my cast iron pan. It turned out beautifully! I brought it to my daughter and son in law’s house for a get together. Everybody loved it! Everybody wanted the recipe.
My other son in law said it wanted this for his birthday in August.

I always put a little sauce on bottom so any kind of cheese doesn’t stick.
I make a very simple version of this that I came up with for crustless pizza. All lowcarb crusts totally suck.
Just EVO then sauce, cheese & toppings. All the stuff that slides off when u go to get a piece out of the box lol

Hi Ole! This is an extremely simplistic explanation of simple carbs “feeding” cancer and a misrepresentation of how it works in general. I can also say with certainty that this was not the root cause of disease for the population that I worked with. However, I do believe a healthy lifestyle is important and persistent poor diet doesn’t do anyone any favors and makes people more likely to be sick and stay sick. Like yourself, I consider myself to be of the sector of simplicity, common sense, and real science (whether that does or doesn’t match a mainstream narrative). This means I expect people will eat healthy, balanced meals and indulge occasionally (or at least that they have the responsibility to regulate this themselves), and that they will not have pepperoni pizza dip and chocolate chip cookies three times a day. Suggesting otherwise would be like suggesting I want everyone to use psilocybin with frequency, just because I worked on the research sharing how life-changing and beneficial it can be. Hope that helps clear things up!

This dip was excellent. I used cheese I had on hand instead of sharp cheddar. I used colby & monterey jack. I also used mozzarella & provolone shredded.
I served mine with thin baguette slices with olive oil on top baked in the oven.

This dip was easy and delicious! It went too fast though. If I doubled the recipe would I have to bake it longer? If so how much?
