These are soooo delicious! The mix was very soft and sticky so I did refrigerate for 20 min BEFORE I rolled the balls. Was it just me, or was yours the same?

Hi, so the recipe says 1pkg =15 oz but my 1pkg says 4oz. I’m confused. What system are you using? Or is the package I have too small?

In reply to Belinda. I haven't frozen these but I just did a little research and it looks like you can freeze them, just it's possible that the chocolate may crack while they're thawing. For best results and least cracks thaw them in the refrigerator before putting at room temp. I Hope that helps!

I’m getting a little ahead of myself. My first time to make alot of Christmas treats. So, I am trying to find out if I can make some things and freeze until Christmas. Your truffles are an example of type i am wondering about. Thanks in advance.

Oreo truffles were one of the first desserts I actually made and took to a party. Let’s just say everyone thought I was a culinary mastermind and begged me for the recipe. They were shocked when they found out how easy they are to make, but isn’t it incredible how delicious they are even so? As evidenced here, they’re also so pretty. I love that you did a peppermint version – so festive and appropriate for the season! <3
