Fantastic!! I doubled the veggies and used a 12 oz box of tri-colored rotini and two bags of tri-colored cheese tortellinis. I used mozzarella balls instead of feta and added chunks of pepperoni. I tripled the dressing using one part EVOO and two parts vegetable oil. I had plenty of dressing left over. My niece just called and said she had leftover pasta salad for breakfast and that it was ELITE. Thank you, Sam!

I like a pasta salad that does not use Italian dressing. This is delishious. My husband loved it.

Nice recipe! I googled “best” pasta salad and yours has every ingredient I thought of- and have in my house, as well as a dressing recipe that looks perfect. I’m going to try your recipe now- usually I wing it!

Pretty darn good! I like having your macaroni salad recipie made up for a side so I’m glad I have another pasta salad to switch it up a bit! It was delicious!
