In reply to Sam. I'm trying to do the same. I boughy espresso powder and I think it has enough coffee flavor. But I haven't tried to add it to Sam's muffin recipe. Would I need to alter the dry mix or just add the espresso powder? I bought the King Arthir espresso powder and it suggests 2-4 tsp depending on how deep you want the coffee flavor.

I have made the Rice Krispie treats and they are the best ever! I have made many birthday numbers out of them for people! (Big hit)! Really love most of your recipes. Keep it up Sam!

I would love a coffee flavored muffin. Ive tried but cant seem to get a good strong coffee flavor. Also what about savory muffins?
