In reply to Pagliacci. A spider isn't exactly special equipment. You could lower these into the oil with really anything you'd like, tongs, forks. There are many options. The spider is just very convenient. :)

i understand putting these in the freezer for an hour then take them out and put them in a airtight container, can they stay in that container in the freezer for 5 hours as I would like to make them ahead of time butt have to go to work for that time as I am a school bus driver?

Great flavor and instructions thank you don’t skip the freezer step but I did shorten mine to 30 min

In reply to Ebony. You can freeze these. The temperature would be the same, but they may take an extra minute to cook. You will just want to keep an eye on them as they cook. :)
