This recipe is perfect. I followed it to a T, although instead of frying them in a pan, I used the air fryer like another commenter suggested, 400 F for 15 minutes, flipping about halfway through. They are perfect. I never comment on recipe pages because I’m usually too busy with cleanup, but I had to run to the comments for this one! Thank you!!!!!

Massive fail! Followed recipe and all I ended up with was a soggy mess, probably needed way more flour than what was listed! What a waste

I grew up eating these. My grandmother & mother always made these the next day after having mashed potatoes for dinner.
This is the same recipe that I have written down from my grandmother. They are delicious!

these were AMAZING. I added bacon bits and they tasted like a loaded baked potato. I coated my hands in olive oil, then pressed the scoops into pancakes. I air fried them at 400° for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. I recommend using parchment or something else to line the air fryer, otherwise it’ll be tricky to flip them. SO good!
