I’m not a professional cook by any means, and I have tried many, many, different sites, with many different cooks. I have made many different types of dishes, some good, and some not so good. I have followed their instructions to a tee, and still haven’t gotten the results I was hoping for. I have made four of your dishes so far, and they were the same dishes that I have made from other sites. And there is only one thing that I would like to say.YOU ARE THE BEST. Not only are your dishes fantastic, but you go into detail of what to do, and what not to do, which helps make me keep from making mistakes, and now instead of cooking to be a chore, I absolutely love to cook, because I know the outcome is going to be delicious. Of the four dishes that I have made, I received many compliments, and have been asked for all the recipes. Thank you so much.

This was the first time I’ve had/ made Manicotti and it was a huge hit. So delicious. I made your marinara sauce to go in it.
