My family and I are extremely picky about Lemon dishes so I was hesitant to make this new dish. As I worked through the recipe my son, along with his fiance, kept making round trips into the kitchen commenting on how fantastic the house smelled. I finished up 10pm. As I’m wrapping up the pie to chill overnight, before serving, the whole family heard the foil then rushed into the kitchen. As I look up at them they’re begging each other for dibs on the first slice (I get 1st dibs, lol!). Their jaws dropped when I told them it’s for tomorrow. They’ve never been more eager to get a taste of the leftover Lemon Curd. That alone, has them setting their alarms a little early for tomorrow. Little do they know, I just snatched myself a chilled thin slice … Wow! Now, I know I am getting up on time to make sure there’s something left for me. Thanks for this amazing summertime delight.

Delicious and lemony! The cheesecake part was more of a whipped cream texture, so I ended up layering the lemon and then this part on top. Will keep this recipe forever!

I have made several of these type pies but this one is at the top of my list. I made it and it is now a redo. My family loved it and have put in requests for more. Easy and awesome!

I’m having so much fun making your recipes and oh my goodness this is absolute lemon heaven! The cream cheese layer is so good and goes perfectly with the tart lemon. So easy too! FANTASTIC 10/10
