I lost my recipe for this and found it again with you. They are absolutely delicious! We call them “Holstein cookies” in our house because I always mix white with chocolate chips. LOL Keep up the good work.

These are absolutely amazing and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, even cooling completely on the cookie sheet, but mine didn’t really flatten out for some reason. I rolled them into balls and they spread a little but were definitely mounded in the middle. any suggestions?

These are rich, soft, and delicious treats that turn out perfect if not over- baked. The cookies seem not quite done after 10 min. at 350degrees, but they solidify more as they cool.
