This is the BEST stuffing recipe! I have tried many other recipes over the years. I have made yours the last two Thanksgivings and it is the winner! I made two dressings with it- one a smaller version of the same recipe to fit a 6″ x 4″ Pyrex glass baking dish with dried cornbread at a 1:1 ratio with the bread cubes as my husband prefers cornbread dressing. I used all fresh herbs. The eggs mixed with the broth really makes everything combine very well. My husband enjoys the dressing on leftover turkey sandwiches for days. Thank You for another truly stellar recipe!

I make stuffing just like your recipe except for I cook on buttered 6 qt crockpot on low for 3 hours and high for 2 for 2 hours to get crusty on bottom and browned on top. Sometimes I have to remove the lid the last hour. One less item to bake in the oven. My family loves stuffing!

This is made with chicken broth. It is not vegetarian.
