Hi Stephanie! I made a no yeast version just to have options. I do have a regular cinnamon roll recipe. 🙂

Hi Alisha! Personally I am comfortable with leaving these in an air tight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. If you are concerned about the frosting you can certainly refrigerate, but make sure they are wrapped tightly so they don’t dry out. 🙂

These cinnamon rolls are soooo good!
They turned out crunchy, but soft, a perfect mixture of cinnamon, and sweetness, and the frosting, so good!!!
These are my go to cinnamon rolls from now on!

Thank you so much for trying my recipe, Lillian! I am so glad they were such a hit! I haven’t personally used gluten free flour, but others have reported doing so with success. 🙂

These smell like heaven! This is my second time making them. I would love to make them for my friends. Can you replace the flour for gluten free flour? This would be super helpful to know.

I’m so sorry to hear this happened! There’s not really a way to fix it after they’ve been baked, but next time try rolling them a little bit tighter, that could help. 🙂

THESE ARE SO IMPRESSIVE!! i changed the recipe quite a bit as i was looking for a base no-rise recipe – i used total 271g bread flour, 36g monk fruit sugar, and 41ml olive oil in the dough and then 140g monk fruit sugar with 15g molasses, 8g cinnamon, 14ml olive oil, and 1/4 tsp vanilla for the filling. for icing i dissolved 28g monk fruit with 16g raw sugar cubes and 11ml soy milk w/ a splash vanilla until smooth and spooned it over. for one- i just want to say these rose SO much. the dough was very sticky (i used two sheets of wax paper to roll out and roll up to prevent adding more flour) and not holding up very well so i was shocked when i saw them nearly triple in size in the oven. the bread came out shockingly soft and fluffy and they were perfectly filled with cinnamon. seriously so good. (and, if anyone reading is interested- my alterations made 8 cinnamon rolls [rolled up from the short end] at only 200 calories each !! very impressive for how good they were 🙂 AMAZING RISE, SOFTNESS, FLUFFINESS FOR NO YEAST 10/10!!

Hi June! I haven’t tried letting them sit that long but I think it could work. You will definitely need to bake them longer though. Let me know how they turn out. 🙂

I need to make the dough today, but won’t be able to actually put them in the oven until Friday. Any help would be appreciated!! 🙂

In reply to Tiffany.

My thought is that it might need maybe a teaspoon or two more liquid.

Reminds me of the “sticky biscuits” I helped my mom make when I was probably in elementary school. She used Bisquik instead of flour, but otherwise pretty much the same. I was so excited when I found this recipe and just had to make it right away. Sure enough it looks and tastes like I remember!

My husband & I made these tonight for a snack (and breakfast tomorrow), and it was a quick easy recipe. I had to take butter out of the freezer, so that worked awesome for grating it. The only negative was the recipe didn’t make much frosting & it wasn’t very sweet, so I added a few pinches of sugar and a splash of milk. If you like lots of frosting, you may want to double the recipe. Otherwise, great recipe & we saved to make again!

They are Cinnamon Roll Biscuits for sure so they don’t raise as much as cinnamon rolls but mine did fill in the 8.5″x8.5″ glass dish that I used. The two tablespoons of butter added to the dish before you place the biscuits is definitely a must in my opinion:)

These are great! I would recommend using little to no salt and also at least double the amount of icing you make.

He loved them!! In my opinion, they were a little dry and didn’t expand much – I’m sure it was something on my end. Overall my Dad was very happy and I’ll be making these again for sure!! 🙂
