As always, perfectly balanced flavors. I made a caesar salad using cornbread croutons from America’s Test Kitchen. Unusual combination, but I love cornbread (I used storebought, which is what the recipe calls for), so it worked for me.

I just got back from my annual Bestie trip to Wrightsville Beach NC. That means a full week of delicious seafood. That also means I need red meat when I get home. Ribeye, baked potato and a Caesar salad with Sam’s Caesar dressing. It was my first time using anchovy paste and the dressing was delicious! It wasn’t fishy at all! Thank you Sam for getting me out of my comfort zone with another success.

Wow! I’ve never thought to make my own Caesar dressing, especially when I looked at the ingredients “anchovy paste”. anywho, I gave it a whirl, and let me tell you this stuff is delicious. I actually didn’t know Caesar dressing could taste this good.. btw, I had to research what anchovy paste even look like to even attempt to go buy it at Kroger. Well, thanks again for another great recipe!
