They aren’t authentic, but they are styled after Cuban bean I enjoyed in Miami from an authentic Cuban restaurant. I thought it would be best to credit their background. I hope you love the recipe! 🙂

I am Cuban and this is ALL WRONG!!!! The only thing you got right on here is minced garlic and cumin. Other than that. NOTHING ELSE.. but I do really enjoy all of your other recipes, but this one I’m sorry it’s just not “CUBAN BLACK BEANS”.
