I rated the recipe before I even tasted it based on the ingredients alone.
I know I will love it because I love all the ingredients you use. Thanks for the measurements and ratios, those are what I was looking for to make it. I’m a taste and add type of cook and so this gives me a guideline to prepare it. Thank you, Joanne in Atlanta, Ga

Last week my husband requested this as part of his birthday dinner. My whole family raved about it and my sister is making it tonight. It was so flavorful and creamy! I used onion powder due to some onion intolerance and it was perfect. This is THE BEST way to eat spinach!!

Tried this dish with vegan cream cheese, gluten free flour and coconut cream since I am dairy and gluten intolerant. It turned out to be the best creamed spinach I’ve ever eaten! Thanks for the recipe.

Big fan of creamed spinach. First time with cream cheese though. Very yummy.
Also, turned it into spinach-artichoke dip. Hey, it was so good … Boom, it went straight onto my tacos. Tacos, spinach-artichoke dip and Pino Noir; very XL.

The first time I made this I followed the recipe exactly and it was amazing. The second time I made it the only thing I did different was I caramelized the onions and added crispy bacon. So I made that and went to lay down a few while my husband cooked the meat. When I came back he had a guilty look on his face and confessed to being too full from picking at the spinach to eat dinner. I looked down at the pot and it was mostly Gone! Lol I plan on making this as a side for Thanksgiving and will have to double or maybe triple it 🤣
