HI Sam! I love all your recipes and keep coming back to your site for sure. I will definitely try your cosmic cookies for sure but wonder in your picture at top left on top of the caption saying Hi, I’m Sam, which cookie are you holding? I know it’s probably a weird question but they seem so good that I want to know the name to make those too?

I happened to have all of these ingredients on hand, except milk chocolate chips (I used bittersweet), so I made these Cosmic Brownie Cookies this weekend. They were fantastic! The texture and taste was definitely reminiscent of the Cosmic Brownies you can but, but so much better since they’re homemade. Will definitely make them again

The cookie is yummy! Nice and chocolatey(is that the word?) anyway, good job! Doesn’t taste exactly like a cosmic brownie but I understand that it is a cookie and not a brownie with all of those other “special” ingredients they put in their Cosmic Brownies.
