This is what I have been looking for in a corn muffin forever! Perfect! I didn’t have sour cream, but had Greek yogurt and used that instead.

In reply to Norma. You can indeed swap them out, but they will give you a different taste and texture. Perhaps try another recipe for that, as it can also convert liquid ingredient measurements.

These are the best I’ve had, Sam. I like a little sweet in my cornbread and these are – as you said – perfectly sweet. Not too much – just right! I made them for chili and they were the perfect texture and taste. Thank you – as always – for sharing your creations. Love!!!

Fixed these tonight and they are delicious! Full of flavor, I wasn’t sure if they’d be sweet with the sugar and brown sugar, but they are just perfect.
