Doubt I’d ever do that again. I will try this once more using bagged caramel bits. Hopefully they won’t be as gummy and run out of the cookies. I did tuck as suggested. Of the 20 cookies only 9 were presentable. The rest were a major mess. Thank heaven for parchment! I like the taste so I’m going to give it a few if my own tweaks from my 75+ years of baking experience before I remove it from my recipe book, but this is DEFINITELY a cookie you should bake for yourself, just for fun, before you plan to use it as a gift or other presentation.follow directions and look at the video!

I made this for my grandsons 16th birthday. He asked me to make a Nutella cheesecake. It was easy, instructions were easy to follow and love that grams were given as it made it so much easier to measure the Nutella. Will recommend and most definitely make again. It was DELICIOUS!!

Hi Shirley! You can freeze the baked cookies without issue. I haven’t personally baked these cookies in particular as a smaller cookie, they were designed to be big, but just keep an eye on them. They’ll likely take a few minutes less in the oven. πŸ™‚
