These were AMAZING! I’ll definitely be making these again. I’ve been gluten free for 15 years and I haven’t had good coconut shrimp in SO long but these were exactly what I’ve been missing. (I just substituted gf flour. Also, I used the air fryer instead of deep frying them.) so good 🙂

These are delicious! My husband isn’t a huge coconut shrimp fan, but he loved them! Definitely planning to make them again.

In reply to Misty. I haven't tried freezing them, but as long as the coating doesn't fall off in the freezer I think you should be just fine. :)

These tasted wonderful! I didn’t fry all of them and stored them in the freezer for future use. I hope they turn out bc it would make for a convenient meal.
