Oh My! These look absolutely divine. While I love strawberries, my mother is highly allergic, so I plan on using freeze dried raspberries. Will update and am SO excited! I just purchased a new vintage glass dessert display, so this will be my first recipe going into it

These are so yummy delicious but they are very rich so I popped them in the fridge. After they chilled for an hour I cut them into 2 inch squares. Little bites of heaven and they are so pretty. Note: Sams Club and Amazon have freeze-dried strawberries.

I tried thawed frozen strawberries that I reduced a bit before mixing in with a small amount of frosting mix. Wasn’t really a good result as split the mixture. Freeze dried strawberries would have been much better although expensive and hard to get where I live.

In reply to Terri. I'm so glad everyone enjoys it so much, Terri! You should be able to increase the recipe by just 50% (1.5 times). The only adjustment would be the brownies would just need to bake longer. :)

Hi, Sam! If increasing the recipe to a 9×13 pan, do you recommend doubling the recipe or doing 1-1/2 times the recipe? Would any other adjustments to the recipe be necessary? Seriously. We need more than a small pan of these outrageously delicious brownies!

These are just the best Brownies ever. I didn’t even have enough freeze-dried strawberries and the icing was delicious. Now I’m buying more [fresh] strawberries to make some of your other recipes.
