In reply to Peggy. Hi Peggy! If you do the drizzle while the chocolate is warm the white chocolate will blend in a little bit and have a smooth texture. If you do it after the chocolate hardens a bit they white chocolate drizzle will be raised. Either is perfect fine. :)

Do you wait for the dark chocolate to harden before you use the white chocolate or does it make a difference?

In reply to Anaís. Hi Anais! You are going to have to sprinkle them over top right after dipping while the chocolate isn't set. They won't all stick, but you should be able to get some sprinkles to stay on the chocolate. I hope this helps. :)
