Hi Rose! It’s been quite a while since I have made them, but if I am making a good guess based off the picture and my memory, I would say they end up being somewhere between an inch to two inches thick. You would certainly want to increase the recipe to put it in bigger pans. πŸ™‚

Can this be done a 1/2 sheet or 9×13? Looking to do significan number of bars at a time for a fund raiser.

Hi Eva! I suppose you could, but I haven’t experimented with it. I can’t say for sure how you would add it here. If you do try it I would love to know how it turns out. πŸ™‚

Hi Gina! I’m so sorry to hear this happened! Is your oven temperature accurate? Did they need to bake just a little bit longer?

Hi Rose! We’d recommend increasing the recipe by 50% instead of doubling. The bake time will probably be different, but it should still turn out the same texture-wise πŸ™‚

I liked a lot this simple cheesecake bar recipe. Made it twice so far. it’s pretty easy for a cheesecake recipe. No water bath and not prefacing the crust. I want to try it with a strawberry or raspberry coolis next time. Thanks!

When you put it in the fridge to cool down you cover it or leave it uncovered?

I came to the comments to say just this. THANK YOU SOMEONE MUCH for including the measurements on the ingredients used in each step, it’s genius!

Hi Kierra! You cake pan will likely not hold all of the batter and your bake time will change a bit, but it could be done. πŸ™‚

Absolutely perfect in every way! The texture is 10/10, creamy, not eggy, not cakey. The filling is perfectly flavored and not overly sweet. I absolutely love that this recipe isn’t fussy and makes only a 9×9 size for times when I don’t need to feed a crowd. Saving this to make again and again!
