After several years and lots of help from my sisters Casey and Nikki, I FINALLY have a lemon loaf recipe to share with you! Like my copycat Berger cookies, this one has been a long time coming (which you'll know, if you watch my Instagram stories!).

Spring is a time for celebrating! It seems this season is always busy with a party of some kind, whether it's a baby or bridal shower, graduation, Mother's day, Easter, or spring birthday. Today's collection of spring cakes is perfect for all that and more! Fruity, light, and beautiful, these pretty cakes are just begging to be served at a garden party, spring brunch, or tea. I made sure to include a variety to suit any skill level, whether you're a beginner cake decorator or seasoned professional.

This chocolate strawberry cake is here just in time for Valentine's Day! It has three layers of moist, rich chocolate cake with a thick, creamy, and vibrant strawberry frosting. A chocolate ganache drizzle on top adds decadence and really sells the chocolate covered strawberry vibe.

Today's cranberry orange cake is a festive (and impressive) seasonal dessert that's a great alternative to pumpkin spice or peppermint. It has four layers of fluffy, orange-infused cake and three layers of bright cranberry sauce. Everything is wrapped in a semi-naked layer of orange cream cheese frosting, and if you want to go the extra mile, topped with a sprinkling of sugared cranberries.

Some might consider classic tiramisu to be a cake, but today we're making a *true* tiramisu layer cake. It's perfectly sliceable with distinct layers that capture each element of the classic dessert. It was tricky to pull off all of the components, but I feel like the end result translates so nicely into a layer cake.

Today's recipe combines not-too-sweet vanilla cake with juicy, fresh macerated strawberries and vanilla whipped cream frosting. It's light, perfectly sweet, and absolutely amazing with spring and summer strawberries!

A variation of my classic coffee cake, this sour cream coffee cake uses sour cream for a moist, tender crumb and great depth of flavor. It's sweetened with a cinnamon sugar ripple and a decadent (but easy) streusel topping. The vanilla glaze on top is optional, but you already know how I feel about a little extra sugar 😉

Today I'm transforming classic peppermint bark candy into a fun and festive holiday cake! This peppermint bark cake is a stunner and sure to be the star of your Christmas dessert table. The base is the same richly fudgy and chocolatey cake from my triple chocolate cake recipe, which we'll top with a peppermint-infused white chocolate frosting (a favorite of mine!). We'll cloak the whole thing in a dark chocolate ganache, and then pipe peppermint swirls to finish.

If you are looking for a Christmas cake without any peppermint or gingerbread, you simply must try my cranberry cake! It's flavored with pops of tart cranberries and a splash of both almond and vanilla extract. It's festive, but also fresh and so unique!
