This soup is very very tasty! Amazing, in fact. I don’t remember when I’ve eat so many carrots, and who knew such a simple food like carrots could taste so good! The seasonings are perfection. (I skipped adding extra salt, and because I didn’t have broth, I used water and a vegetarian chicken boullon cube).
Fantastic!

It’s soup weather and this recipe did not disappoint. This is delicious! Comfort food at its finest.
I appreciate that your recipes all have the measurements listed within the instructions so I’m not continually going back and forth while cooking.

I made this soup this afternoon with carrots and onions from my garden. When the kids came home from school, they asked what smelled so good that I was cooking. The soup tastes as great as it smells! So delicious! Thanks for a great recipe!
