Perfect!! Perfect perfect perfect! Tysm! So chocolatey, crispy outside fudgey inside! I used a 26 cm round tray and put it for 5 more minutes in the oven coz my oven sucks a bit, and I used ghee instead of butter, sifted the cacao powder into it, mixed and popped in the microwave for 30 seconds and it did the job ✅ I used ghee cuz I wanted to make it dairy free. It does have an aftertaste though that people may or may not like depending on the person. Oh and I also used pinch of baking soda and cooking oil instead of parchment paper and it miraculously didn’t stick to the pan. Thanks!

so delicious!! Way better than any box mix, and easier than other homemade brownies. I’m at high altitude, and used an 8×8 pan, so it took about 35 minutes.

I love the recipe! The thing I did wrong was after baking 23 minutes it still wasn’t done. I cooked it 3 more minutes and it still wasn’t done but I took it out anyway and left it cool over night. It was stuck on the bottom. Suggestions for what I did wrong please!

Made these but added walnuts (our preference). Easy to make and let me tell you my husband said these are the best brownies he ever had and I agree!!!!! This will be my go-to recipe for brownies! No more boxed mixes for me.

I have been making a variation of these brownies for many years with a few little tweaks! First, I use an eight inch pan instead of nine inches and increase the bake time to 25-26 minutes to adjust for thickness. I also use Dutch processed cocoa powder, although both that and natural cocoa powder will work, since there is no leavening agent! Finally, I add a tablespoon of canola oil in addition to the melted butter, which helps the brownies stay soft and fresh-tasting for longer! A great recipe for easy and yummy from-scratch brownies, no box mix required!

In reply to Cavet. I am going to try these! I love your no bake cookie recipe and have a feeling I will be eating too many of these also. Wondering what partial brown sugar would do in these brownies. It took up the no bakes a big notch :)
