Oh man, this is a boujie fresh-from-the-bakery type of muffin! I’m usually a “quick and easy” cook, so I wasn’t sure if all this effort would be worthwhile.
IT WAS. I just looked at the recipe index and Sam is my new BFF (Baking Fanatic Friend). Love how she adds details about WHY she does things, it prevents me from taking dumb shortcuts that would ruin the product.

These were AMAZING!! I thought your pumpkin muffins were the BEST but I think these might be even better. I love that your recipes include the amounts in the Instructions so I don't have to go back and forth to the Ingredients. I also love the videos too It really helps to be able to see the recipe being made.

These are 5 star amazing when fresh out of the oven and same night consumption, but once fully cooled and relaxed over night, they become 3 star at best.

These are the most excellent muffins. I neglected to print the recipe and went back to find it, only to choose the wrong one. The muffin recipe was similar, but certainly not the same and neither were the muffins! Finally, I located THIS ONE again and have it printed and in my “regular” cookbook for recipes I use often. These are simply the best muffins. They are gone in a day at our house.
