How long will the dough last in the fridge? If I made the dough on Monday, would it still be good on Sunday?

Hello! I just did this recipe and the cookies spread about 2X the size of cutter and were fairly thin, I’m not sure what went wrong. Ingredients were followed to a T using scale 🙁 HELP!

This might be excessive, but could you add sprinkles to the cookie dough itself? For maximum sprinkle flavor?
