In reply to Shirley. Hi Shirley! You can freeze the baked cookies without issue. I haven't personally baked these cookies in particular as a smaller cookie, they were designed to be big, but just keep an eye on them. They'll likely take a few minutes less in the oven. :)

Do the baked cookies freeze well? 1/3 cup of batter produces a rather large cookie, so would a a quarter cup of batter be okay? If so, what is your suggested bake time?

This is hands-down the best chocolate cookie recipe I have ever tried. They turned out with crispy edges and wonderfully soft, chewy centers. The recipe is so easy to follow. My whole family ate them up in minutes. I will be making these again!

I saw this video/recipe when it first came out. I made a point of shopping right away for the items I needed to bake these. I had not baked any of your bakery style cookies before. These are soooo good! I accidently used a bit of bread flour (oops), but these cookies are wonderful!! Thank you for your efforts.
