Oh Sam! The absolute best guacamole. Worked in Santa Ana CA for 30+ years. Have eaten my weight in guacamole. So fresh, perfect amount of spice, and really like the red onion.

The best tecipe for Guacamole is. Really ripe Avocados and pico de Gallo. People who made Guacamole all their lives said was delicious. When I saw them months later they said it’s still the best Guacamole they ever had. Try it.

Hi there. I’m gonna make this. But I was wondering. The recipe calls for Lime but in the instructions you say to squeeze juice of a lemon. So do I use both?

Another tip to avoid browning guac, is leave the avocado pit in the bowl with the guac. Looking forward to trying this. Thanks for all of your awesome recipes.

Even though I’m not the biggest fan of guacamole, I’m still gonna give this a try! Maybe my taste buds have changed.
