Works also with german cream cheese and even shredded gratin cheese available here (even low fat cream cheese is no problem). My family really loves it although I have to make one serving without jalapeños for my daughter. I therefore bake it in individual serving cups to adjust for heat and we dip it with veggies and some baguette of course. It’s ordered for special occasions like birthdays around here. 🙂

This was awesome! Followed recipe and came out perfect. I cut up a variety of vegetables as the dippers so a little naughty/nice canceling out of calories?! Cucumber slices were my favorite. Leftovers heated up very well. Thanks again for sharing!
